LGI's EZ-Indicator Gamma CPI labels offer the convenience of sterile process indication with a thermal transfer printable label, eliminating the need for two separate labels. Labels are compatible with most thermal transfer printers and are ideal for print-on-demand applications and include a .25" indication strip along the right side that changes from gold to red when exposed to gamma radiation.

Labels measure 2.00" wide by 1.00" deep with a .125" gap between labels.

Paper labels, individually perforated paper liner, 3" cores, 1000 labels per roll.

LGI's EZ-Indicator Gamma Labels are packaged in UV-safe bags.

For best results, use LGI's thermal transfer printer ribbons.

CPI Color Change

When exposed to gamma radiation, the indicator strip along the right edge of the label changes from gold to red. The color intensity changes gradually with gamma radiation exposure beginning at 10kGy with a light orange; at 15kGy the indicator is a burnt orange and at 25kGy maximum color change is achieved at brick red.
