PRODUCT SUMMARY

These lead-free high temperature printed circuit board labels are made from a white 2 mil durable polyimide (Kapton®) with a permanent adhesive and are able to withstand temperatures to 1000ºF (538ºC) with a working temperature of 599ºF (315ºC). LGI's 2 mil polyimide high temperature labels are designed for thermal transfer printing and work with all of our high temperature ribbons allowing maximum flexibility for your tracking system.

Adhesive Properties

50 min at 600ºF (315ºC): no visible effect - remains functional

1000 hrs at 293ºF (145ºC): slight dicoloration- remains functional

Storage

Label material can be stored for at least one year in an environment below 80ºF (27ºC) and 60% RH.
